- Definition: A singular possessive noun shows ownership by one person, animal, place, or thing.
- Formation: Add an apostrophe and an -s (’s) to the end of a singular noun.

Plural Possessives

- Formation for Regular Plurals: Add an apostrophe (’) after the -s at the end of a plural noun.
